Why are you charging me for a free trial that I canceled?

  I canceled my free trial subscription, why did you charge me?? I’m disputing this transaction. my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  You make it very difficult to cancel a free trial, then when I figure it out, you still charge me, why??
