    Why are you charging this ridiculous amount for late domain renewal?

    When you warn about domain renewal you never said that it would cost USD 80.00 after 18 days.

    Hi there,

    Please note that this charge is put on us by our registrar and is not one that we can waive.

    If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price once it has expired completely.

    Please note that someone else may purchase the domain first, in which case you will be unable to register it again, but if you prefer this option just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide you further instructions.
