Why are you ignoring my Domain Transfer Request?!
-
I requested a Domain Name transfer through GoDaddy.com. I have not received authorization to transfer MY domain and it has been over a week. Please authorize my domain name transfer. It is very important for my business.

Well, GoDaddy’s toast right now, so you should be glad they didn’t get to your request yet.

Hello there,
Did you purchase your domain name through WordPress.com?If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/#update-nameservers
What is the URL of the domain in question?
Have you read this? Transfer to Another Registrar http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/#transfer-to-another-registrar

Yes, please make sure that you are following the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/
The code will be emailed to the email address listed as the domain’s owner.
Also, GoDaddy is mostly down right now, so you might want to wait until tomorrow.

Yes, I did purchase through WP dot com. The URL is http://www.DigiCycle.net. The GoDaddy phone tech told me to wait for an email from WordPress.
This page (which I found through the instructions you gave me) gets more specific about retrieving the authorization code, which is the problem I was having. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/#getting-the-transfer-authorization-code
Domain and site redirect management are down for the moment. Guess I’ll try later.

Yes, GoDaddy is currently mostly offline, and we are partnered with a GoDaddy reseller for our domain services.
So, to avoid any potential problems while GoDaddy recovers their services, we have blocked off our domain system as well. We’ll bring it back once GoDaddy has recovered their services and you’ll then be able to transfer your domain following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/

Yes also a good plan to wait until tomorrow.
“Tango down—GoDaddy.com”
First time I’ve had a personal beef with Anonymous, but maybe GoDaddy will fortify a little bit, eh?
