  Come on guys. I have paid you for a pro subscription with video. MY VIDEO IS STILL NOT BEING PROCESSED 3 DAYS LATER. This is a human rights blog – which is why I paid money.

  AND NOBODY has bothered to return three days of enquiries. Come on you mob – do better than that. Happiness Engineers?

  Please process this immediately, and return my enquiries. This is just bad form. or do you just take people’s money?

  And finallly – I am being nagged with an ad on my dashboard to upgrade to Pro – which obviously have – what is going on.

  And why is Zemanta not working without you guys even bothering to alert us?

  Bad form guys, please do better.

  It looks like your file had an error during upload. This could be one of two things:

  1. The upload simply didn’t complete.

  2. The file is in a proprietary format that we can’t convert.

  I recommend trying to re-upload the file. If that doesn’t work, download http://www.mirovideoconverter.com/ and use that to convert the file to an MP4, then upload the result.

  As for Zemanta, we have had to temporarily disable Zemanta while we work out an issue with their implementation.
