Why aren't comments showing up?

I am ready to launch my blog publicly on social media this week so I asked 48 friends of mine to please go to my blog http://www.travellikekarin.com and post friendly comments on any of my 9 posts that are already up. No one could post comments. They (and I) always get an error message 403 and their comment never shows up.
I have spent about 6 hours scouring the discussion boards and the web for the answer before posting here.
In Settings
then Discussion
I have allowed these:
Allow people to post comment to new articles
Comment authors must fill out name and email (users don’t have to be logged in to comment)
Comments do not have to be manually approved (ie that box is not checked)
Comment author does not have to have previously approved comments (ie that box is not checked).I’m at my wits end. Why can’t anyone post on my blog?? Thanks so much for any help you can give me.

That site is not hosted by wordpress.com. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
This is wordpress.com support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
