Why aren't contributors receiving invitations?

  The Slalom blog’s (blog.slalom.com) contributors aren’t receiving invitations. I’ve been having this issue for the last several weeks and have had to ping support to get invitations out to new contributors. Would love to find a workaround for this issue. Please let me know. Right now, I need to send invitations to veronicabutler and anirudhgu.

  Hi there Maggie,

  I see that veronicabutler is now listed as a Contributor on blog.slalom.com.

  I don’t see anirudhgu listed, so I launched a new invitation to that user’s account email ending in @slalom.com. The user should make sure emails sent from @WordPress.com addresses are not sent into the Spam folder. Additionally, if the user uses gmail as an email client, alert him that WordPress.com emails frequently land in the newer Social tab, rather than in Primary.
