Why arent my blog posts appearing?

    Hi,

    I have just installed wordpress and uploaded a theme which is working all fine except for the blog part. At the moment i dont seem to have a blog section so when i create a post it doesnt appear anywhere. How do i create a blog page? Would someone be able to explain what i am doing wrong or what i need to get the blog section up and running. Any help would be much appreciated.
