why aren't my comments appearing on other WP blogs?

  When I’m on other WP blogs and try to comment, the comment does not post. My ‘likes’ post but no comments. If I try again, then it say, I’ve made a duplicate comment. And yes, I’m signed in. Is this a setting or something? It happens on several WP blogs for no apparent reason.

  Hey ppc910,

  It’s quite likely that the blogs you are commenting are moderating their comments. Your comments could be waiting in moderation to be approved, deleted or edited.
