Why aren't my comments linking up?

  My comments to others from my blog are not going through.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When I reply to a comment on my blog, it suddenly stopped going through. Says, ‘Failed, Try to resend.’

  Hi there. Are you commenting via the website or a mobile app? If via the website, try clearing your browser cache and cookies and reset your modem/router. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  If you’re using the mobile app, check that your data connection/wi-fi is working properly. Else, please post in the mobile app forums for help with this. You’ll need to register a WordPress.org username to post in those forums: https://apps.wordpress.org/

  Same question: are you using the website or the mobile app? If you’re using the website, please try the steps I gave above. If clearing the cache doesn’t work, see if you have the same problem if you use a different browser. If that also won’t work, let us know.

  If you’re using the mobile app, please post in the appropriate forum for your app.

  I am using the website and cleared my cache yesterday and again today. I use google chrome and just tried signing in under yahoo. No change. I noticed that we can now look at just unread comments. Did that change cause problems?

  I’m glad to hear it’s working now. If it happens again, please let us know – once could merely be a cache issue; if it’s recurring it could be a bug.

  Also remember you can read and respond to comments on your own blog from the Comments section of the WP-Admin dashboard if the notifications drop-down is faulty.
