Why aren’t my customizations appearing correctly on my site?

    Hi everyone,
    I recently launched my side project site Starbucks nutrition calculator on WordPress.com and made several customizations (theme tweaks, widgets, CSS changes). However, some of the changes are not showing up when I view the site in certain browsers. I cleared the cache and tried a different device, but the issue persists.

    My questions:

    1. Is there a known delay between publishing customizer changes in WordPress.com and them propagating to all browsers/devices?
    2. Could the theme’s built-in caching or CDN (if applicable) be causing some users to see the old version?
    3. Are there any diagnostics or logs I should check to figure out why some customization changes are not reflecting?
