Why aren't my new fonts showing up after I have purchased the custom package?

    I purchased the Custom Design package, but my new fonts are not showing up anymore. They worked for a few days after i made the purchase, but now they are not showing up in either the preview or on my site. Help!

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been having issues with your fonts not working right!

    Are you still having the same problems? I ask because I just checked out your account and when I went to the Customize section and then to the Fonts area, I was able to browse the fonts and select a different one as I so chose (don’t worry, I didn’t save any changes!).

    Let me know if you’re still having troubles and I’ll dig in to this further.
