Why aren't my page jumps working?

  I have long posts and I want to use page jumps so when readers click on a header at the top of the post they’re redirected to a second page of the same post but they’re not working. There’s one I’ve been trying it on. It’s already divided into 3 pages

  I’ve tried looking at a couple of pages but haven’t been able to solve it

  When I make the link at the top of my post (the headers) as
  Click me
  and the anchor on the other pages, where I want to direct readers as Click me

  it doesn’t work. It appears as a hyperlink, becomes blue and underlined, but when I click on it and nothing happens.

  When I do the same thing but without the hashtag it still becomes a blue hyperlink but directs me to “Page Not Found”

  I make the header at the top of my post as
  Click me
  and the anchor at the bottom of my post as Click me

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is what I’m trying it on

  Right now it’s a three page post
  To redirect to the second page from the first I tried with the hashtag and without to redirect to the third

  I’ve labelled both

  Hi!

  I understand. So, since the content is broken up into multiple pages, it’s best to use links instead of page jumps. Page jumps only work for content that is on the same page. If you wanted to link to the second page, you would want to insert this link:

  http://novasrays.com/2013/07/30/riding-a-rocket-or-emptying-a-pocket/2/

  To link back to the first page, you would want to use this link:

  http://novasrays.com/2013/07/30/riding-a-rocket-or-emptying-a-pocket

  Within the same page, you can setup page jumps as described here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/page-jumps/#why-use-page-jumps

  Does that make sense? Can you give the page links a try and let me know if it works for what you’re looking for?

  It’s working now
  The only problem I had was preview
  I wasn’t able to preview changes until after I clicked update.
