Why aren't my thumbnails posting?

I’m using the Delicious Magazine theme, and it is not including photo thumbnails with the posts on the home page. I’ve checked my theme options, I definitely have thumbnails set to show at the left of the post, but there still isn’t a picture unless you open the full post. How can I fix this, so an image is seen on the home page?

Your theme is a premium theme and part of what you paid for is support directly form the theme designer in the premium support forums.
