Why aren't my updated posts not going to RSS email feed?

  Help! I need a call or an email! I checked the box to send updates–thinking maybe that is why my updated old posts aren’t posting. But it didn’t post to email feed tonight either!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you merely UPdate existing posts, no new RSS feed is generated. Are you creating new posts or merely editing existing posts? Please give us a link to one of the posts that has failed to show up in your feed.

  Sorry but the staff will NOT call or email you about this unless you have the wordpress.COM business bundle..

  I am just a fellow wordpress.COM member but I would be more then happy to help you with this.. :)

  First, chill out.. It is really NOT a big deal..

  If you update your old blog posts, they will NOT re-post but only update.. Only newly PUBLISHED posts will get sent by email..

  Thank you, both of you. This blog goes through the life of Jesus in a year from Easter to Easter. It restarted a week ago, but everyone is saying they aren’t getting their blogs…I couldn’t figure out why, now I know…what do I do? I have edited them and rescheduled them, but they post but don’t feed. Any suggestions?

  I thought that is what I was doing–by changing them slightly and re-posting (rescheduling) them for a new date. What else could I do?

  No, that is called updating….

  Re-posting is when you take you own content from one of your past blog posts then just regularly posting them again….

  In order for them to go out on the Reader and RSS feed, you have to basically create entirely new posts, not just change the date.
