Why aren’t the pictures showing…?

  When you go to a certain category, why don’t the pictures show up?
  The pictures show up on the homepage, but why not under the category section?

  Some themes display post excerpts rather than full content in the category and date archives.

  These excerpts strip out all HTML tags, including links and images.

  so theres no other way unless i change the theme?…
  ive tried other themes that i liked as well but it did the same

  You can use the excerpt function in the editor to get the full posts to show on your theme. See this post by Panos.
