Why, as an admin, can't I ask questions in a Premium Theme Support forum?

  I’m an admin on a premium theme skinned site but cannot ask questions in the theme’s support forum. Can I be granted permission?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  You should be able to open a new topic in the Collective forum here:

  http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/collective

  Select “Add New” next to the forum title “Collective”.

  If you’re not able to do that, can you take a screenshot of what you’re seeing and upload it to your Media Library?

  Thank you! I put two shots in the AIH media folder. You can see that I am an admin of the site and I don’t have the option to “add new.” (I have logged in as someone else and can add questions and respond, just not as myself! Looks like a permission issue!)

  Hi there!

  I just looked into this and only the purchaser of the theme has access to the theme forum. You can either ask the original purchaser to post a thread for you, or you can ask them to transfer the purchase to you so you have access.
