  authorSTREAM embed code doesn’t work on WordPress.

  In our last post on this forum we got the following response from users:

  “It is not possible to embed shockwave flash on a standard free blog hosted at WordPress.com without a third party tool.”

  “It uses shockwave flash, which is stripped out here for security, as are iframes and javascript.”

  What do we need to do to enable authorSTREAM embed on WordPress?

  You can’t use any shockwave/flash code on WordPress.com. You also can’t use JavaScript or Iframes.

  You need to contact WP.com support. These forums are just (mostly) the WP.com hosted bloggers and not the official support channel. Click the Support link at the bottom of the page.
