Why auto-renewal date, Oct. 3, 2015, when I signed on yesterday, Nov. 2?

  Auto-renewal date is set at October 3, 2015, but I just signed on yesterday, November 2, 2014. Shouldn’t the auto-renewal date be set at November 3, 2015?

  Hi there,

  All of our products are set to auto-renew 30 days in advance so that users have a chance to fix any billing issues before the product expires out of their account. Not to worry, when the renewal occurs a year is added on to the current amount of time remaining on the product, so no subscription time is lost in this process.
