why can I no customize my blog

  I have recently logged into my wordpress account and the design of my blog has been completely changed since my last login and I an unable to customize it. Whenever I do it will simply revert to its previous state.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There appears to be a general problem right now as multiple people have reported this.
