Why can I no longer add different words (other than the url) when adding media?

Did you just change the way i add media from a URL. It no longer lets me add a title and automatically places the url in the slot below. This just started happening yesterday. Thank you.

Hi there,
After you enter the URL, you may need to wait a bit while our system grabs the image from that URL. Once that’s done, you’ll see the image appear there along with settings that you can change (like the image caption). We have more about that here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/uploading-images/#insert-an-image-from-the-web
If that’s not working for you, please let me know what URL you’re using and I can take a closer look to see what’s going on.
