Why can I no longer upload video from Iphone?

  Need help uploading video in the wordpress app. Its no longer working.

  Hello there,

  Could you please tell me the error you’re experiencing?

  Please take a screenshot of any error screens, and upload those images to your Media Library so I can take a look. Here are instructions about how to take a screenshot, if you need:

  Can you tell me if this problem is new, or if you’ve experienced it before? Also, I’d like to know if this is only happening with this particular video, or if the error occurs with all the videos you try.

  Finally, please try the upload on another WiFi, or attempt to upload it via your data plan, and let me know the result.

  There is no error message. I am just unable to upload video from the app to by blog. In the past video was accesses from my camera roll. Now it’s just pictures no video

  Hello there!

  I’ve tested the app. I am given the option to upload video to a blog.

  Could you please check and make sure you’re on the latest iOS (check in Settings → General → Software Update) , as well as the latest version of the app (version 4.4)?

  If this doesn’t help, could you take two screenshots? One of the camera roll (with videos displayed), and one from your media upload screen.
