Why can I not access by WordPress.com dashboard?

  For a week now, I have been unable to use my blog (ianclifford.wordpress.com). Regardless which browser I use, I can sign in, but when I click on ‘Dashboard’ I get a message that says, ‘the app is currently unavailable’.

  I have checked forums etc. No answers yet.
  This is so frustrating.

  I have been getting this too – sporadically, for a week or so now and whilst I am in the UK, I am not on Talk-Talk (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/dashboard-errors-related-to-talktalk-isp-issue?replies=2).
