Why can I not approve comments?

    Hi, I am administrator as my dashboard role says, but I cannot approve comments about my blog. Email notifications about new comments are sent and if I click on the link, it says,

    User kojiw Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested

    You are logged in as “kojiw” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “EZ Japanese Language School”. If you are not “kojiw”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “kojiw” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.

    As I thought it does not work from email, I tried to find those messages in my dashboard, logging out and re-logging in, clearing cache and using IE, FireFox and Chrome, but I cannot find these comments in dashboard.

    How can I approve messages?
    Could you please help me where I am going wrong?
