Why can I not download, edit and republish my site with WebMatrix?

    I want to edit and republish my wordpress blog using WebMatrix, and there is supposed to be a Download option activated, but it’s not. I understand that this may be because some function is not activated on the server, same thing when I try to use FTP to retrieve files, so a) Why does it say Web Management Service not active and b) what do I or you need to do to enable me to edit and republish my site?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You may be confusing the .com and .org flavors of wordpress. There is no way to upload and download files here in the manner you’re thinking.
