Why can I not enable Custom Content Type?

  This option is not available though I have the option to create a project/portfolio. I want my projects to be posted so they are visible. I use the Twenty Ten Theme and am not a premium subscriber at this time.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. If you have the option to create a portfolio project then that content type is already enabled. To make sure, go to Settings ->Writing in the WP-Admin dashboard. It should look like this: http://snag.gy/FFsmh.jpg
