Why can i not get help retrieving access to my wordpress webpages. I want to delete everything and start over with a well supported web builder app.

  Why can i not get help retrieving access to my wordpress webpages. I want to delete everything and start over with a well supported web builder app.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
