why can i not log in

  i cannot log in, I’m trying to login with my email address and password but it says: Unknown email address. Check again or try your username.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  when I use email support or live chat the “continue” button is grayed out and it doesn’t let me send a message

  Your problem was caused by importing your site using the All-In-One Migration plugin, which deactivated the Jetpack plugin and broke the connection with your WordPress.com account dashboard.
