why can i not map a subdomain to my blog ?

  We own the Domain http://www.itelligence.ag. we created a subdomain blog.itelligence.ag and we would like to map is to our blog on itelligenceblog.wordpress.com

  once i add the domain to the blog it tells me that WordPress.com can’t register blog.itelligence.ag. – but the problem is that we already registered it and added the server DNS as you ask for .

  what can be the problem ? why can we not map it ?

  I just checked, and while I get a reply from your DNS servers for intelligence.ag and http://www.itelligence.ag, I don’t get any reply for blog.itelligence.ag

  Please double check your DNS configuration

  the correct would be itelligence.ag

  Sorry, it was a typo in my reply above, I did test http://www.itelligence.ag, itelligence.ag, and blog.itelligence.ag

  By the way, I just tested again, and blog.itelligence.ag is now correctly set up at the DNS level, but you need to purchase the domain mapping upgrade from the Upgrades>Domains section of your dashboard.
