Why can I not preview a scheduled post?

  Why do I get the message that I do not have permission to preview a post? I’m sure I could do it earlier today.

  I just got an e-mail from you saying that James had just helped me out with my problem and asking me to rate my experience, but I don’t know what James said or where he said it. I thought I’d ask before giving a rating on help I don’t think I received. Yours, Barbara

  I think that was sent in error. I’m James, but we’re still looking into this.

  Has there been any improvement on your end?
