Why can I not upgrade to Premium?

  I was looking at upgrading to premium but it says my site is not available for this upgrade? Can you explain this? I have a wordpress.com site not a self hosted site. I would like to eliminate ads, have ability to load video etc. and retain greater control over fonts and colors.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m seeing two different WordPress.com sites registered to you. Can you tell me which one you are asking about as far as WordPress.com Premium?

  Yes, the blog for FearlessHeartMinistries.com is the one I wanted to upgrade to premium.

  I would like to go ahead and pay the $73.00 to upgrade. Double check the account because one of the features just auto renewed. Will that change the amount? Let me know and then we can go ahead with the premium upgrade. Thank you-
