Why can I not upgrade to the $99 bundle for my blogs that are set to expire?

  Last year, after renewing each item separately, I saw the $99 bundle upgrade and wanted to do that instead. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a refund on the items already purchased. This year, I remembered the bundle and want to upgrade to that, but it isn’t showing it is available. Why not?

  Hi there, I see that you sent in another request about this matter and that another Happiness Engineer was able to help you out. Just to clarify, we don’t currently offer an automated way to roll your existing upgrades into a Bundle, you need to contact support in order to assist you.
