Why can I not upload photos and videos to my posts?

  Dear Support,

  I am a member of the above mentioned blog but I am not able to upload pictures and videos to my posts for this blog. I don’t even have the options. I get error messages that I do not have permission to upload photos.

  How do I get that little toolbar on the “Add New Post” section of this blog that would allow me to upload pictures?
