Why can I see my wp.org blog when logged in to wp.com account?

Just curious… I thought wp.com and wp.org were completely separate. When logged in to my .ORG account I can only see my self-hosted blog, but when logged in to my .COM account I can see that as well as go to my dashboard and everything else for my .ORG blog.

Why are these connected, is there a way to full separate them?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
