Why can I still see my wordpress.com account?

Why can I still see my old wordpress.com account and why is it encroaching on my wordpress.org account, ruining my blogs appearance and making navigation a nightmare? ??
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

wordpress.com and wordpress.org are two completely different systems. It’s totally impossible one interferes with the other. So it’s impossible wordpress.com interferes with your blog appearance or menu on your site using the open source wordpress.org.

This is something that has plagued me for 5 weeks now but one of your wonderful experts, David F., told me to disable Jetpack, because it was connecting the two and he was completely right!I am so very grateful for his help!!
