Why can my followers edit my blog?
-
When my followers view my blog, they see my Gravatar and have access via it to edit my blog. How do I prevent this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You see the edit function because you are logged into your site. Visitors won’t see it, and can’t edit your blog. If you want to check it, log out, then visit your site.

Wish that were true. I had my husband go to the site on a different laptop and he could edit

Your Readers do not have access to that Admin [Edit] link. There is an Admin link on posts and pages that only you as Admin and any Editors you have created can see when you are logged in. It’s for your convenience and your visitors cannot see it. You cannot remove it as it’s coded into the theme templates and we cannot edit templates or themes.
Also note that there will be auto-filled information in a contact form or a comment box but your information is visible to you when you are logged in and have not cleared your browser cache and cookies. No one else can see it.
When someone makes a comment on your blog, unless they have cleared their cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details in comment boxes or in contact forms. The next person who comments will see blank fields. Commenters will not see each others details.
I cannot see the edit links on your blog let alone use them. If you log out and clear your browser cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ and still think you have an issue then type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help.

After logging out I had my husband check it again and this time he had no access to edit features. Strange !?
