Why can not I change my theme , in terms of color ?

  I have the theme: Dush to Down and I want the background colour lighter.
  But when I adjust the right colour and I refresh the page, there is nothing changed.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Customizer lets you preview changes to your site. However, certain features require that you upgrade to the Premium Plan for them to take effect on your site. That’s the case with changing Colors & Backgrounds in the Dusk to Dawn theme.
