    Hi there:

    You cannot launch your site because you chose a paid plan and custom domain that are currently sitting in your cart – you will be prevented from launching your site until you process that purchase.

    If you don’t want to upgrade your site and use your free phangngaphotographer.wordpress.com URL instead, you can click “Remove from cart” on both of those items and you’ll be able to launch your site.
