Why can people not comment on my latest blog?

I am running a competition and people have to enter the answer in the comments section. My blog is not allowing them to do it, and comes up with this message:
Notice: It seems you have Javascript disabled in your Browser. In order to submit a comment to this post, please copy the code below the form and paste it along with your comment.
Yesterday it was telling people who tried to vote: Error: empty answer Comment was blocked because it is spam.
Please help, I have hundreds of people trying to enter!

I can see that your site at eatingcoventgarden.com isn’t hosted through WordPress.com, instead it’s hosted through a third-party host using the free WordPress software available here:
Because your site is hosted with a different provider, staff here at WordPress.com do not have access to your site’s files and are limited in the support we can offer for it.
Although I’m limited in how far I can look into this, my first thought is that there may be a plugin conflict.
Do you have an anti-spam plugin installed in addition to having Jetpack’s Comments module enabled? There’s some known conflicts between some anti-spam plugins that Jetpack module. You can find full details here:

If you do have one of the listed plugins installed, you can either deactivate the plugin or the Jetpack module to resolve the issue.
