  We already have sharing buttons that you can enable on your posts. Please see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/
  Or, are you refering to something else?

  Note that there is no FTP access to our free hosted wordpress.com blogs and we cannot upload any plgins. They are only for wordpress.org installs.
