Why cannot I log into my account?

Okay, I have already contacted support with this but it has been 24 hours back and still there is no reply so I am posting it here to get attention if possible:
I cannot log in. The display says something like my account has been temporarily suspended/disabled. To be able to post this I had to create a new fake identity on WordPress. A friend of mine has the same problem and also has no reply from the support. The accounts are “helar” and “ambala”.
As I blog on a daily basis and the blog runs out of preset posts tomorrow, I REALLY, REALLY need some help… PLS…

Posting in the forum is not going to help. If you have a warning when you log in, you should have a link in that warning to contact staff. That’s the fastest way to get it fixed. Posting in the forum only gets the attention of volunteers, who cannot help you with this.

There is no link to contact support. Just to register, retrieve password or to go directly to the pages as a simple visitor.
I posted it here because I hoped to get the attention of support this way when the e-mail does not work. I know they have lots of mails but I also know that I have blogs I cannot access. If it is some sort of overall problem, I would just welcome to know that it is being worked on…
