Why can't a customer complete a transaction in my site?

She wants to buy my product, so she fills out all registration page and when she hits the submit button, it does not go through. Instead it brings her back to the top of the page. – http://closetohomefarm.org/csa/csa-registration/. She tried to register using Explorer and Chrome and both registrations failed.
I am worried that this is happening to other clients as well. How can I resolve this issue?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you tried submitting through the form yourself to see if the response displays in the feedback here?

Let me know if it works for you! It may be a case of the user not entering all of the information correctly.

I have tried your suggestion myself a number of times and asked my staff to submit the form a well and all our attempts worked.
It is occurring for this one customer. She was able to register last year but can not do it this time. She is not getting any error either.
I suggested that she try different browsers which did not work unfortunately.
Anyway, thanks for the advice. -
