Why can't a reader subscribe via email?
-
A reader sent me an email to say that he had tried to subscribe via email to my blog: http://circulatingnow.nlm.nih.gov/
the form accepted the address and said a confirmation email had been sent. He never received the email and I don’t see him on my blog subscribers list. He was using Chrome. I tried to add his address using IE and that has not worked either. Is there some back end problem? I’ll be attending a conference tomorrow and would really not like to miss the opportunity to add subscribers while I’m there!
Thanks for your help.

I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide the email address. The software will redact ie. HIDE the email address so only Staff can see it. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Hi, you can reach me at: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
The issue appears to have resolved. The reader I was in contact with tried again several times and finally succeeded today. I now see his email on the subscription list.
However, I’d appreciate someone looking into the disruption. Every subscriber is precious to me, I don’t want to lose any!
Thanks. -
