Why can't a user see the blog?
-
My blog is set up as private and I have invited several users. One of the users has posted on the blog previously, however now he is not able to view the blog. When he logs in, he can see his personal blogs and also see the post he added to the blog in question. However, when he tries to read the everyeagleeveryday blog, he receives a message that it is private even though he is logged in. I show him as a current user. What is causing this? How can I correct it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please contact Staff with all the details and have them sort this for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

Also note that the username link is “broken” so be sure to provide the correct URL when you file your support ticket.

I sent them a note yesterday and included the username but haven’t heard anything back and can’t find on the site where I can view what I sent them. What is the normal turn around on questions to them?

There are millions of us WordPress.com users so the answer amounts to “as soon as they can Staff will contact you.”
