Why can't anyone click on any of our site's content?

This issue, which has been happening to both our entire staff and all of our visitors, is that nothing on the site can be clicked or interacted with. Now, here is the specifics to that. The website works on all browsers when you’re logged out of WP, and works on mobile when logged in and out, but it DOESN’T work when you’re logged in on any browser (IE, Chrome, Firefox). At this point, Safari hasn’t been tested yet but we still have a major issue here. We also checked the CSS and there is no error there. I am assuming it’s an error on WordPress’ end, but any possible solutions would help a ton. Thanks!
