Why can't anyone comment?

I recently upgraded to one of your premium templates, and now nobody can comment. What should I do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
I left a test comment on your site. You should be able to see it here:
https://authorajadwen.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php
Is there some sort of error people are getting when they try to leave comments?
Also, note that it’s common for themes to not show the comments field on the front page (http://authorajadwen.com/), but if you go to a single post’s page (http://authorajadwen.com/2013/07/12/guilty-pleasures/) and scroll down, it should be there.
Let me know if you still can’t see the comments field and we’ll get it sorted out! :) Thanks!

Thank you. I got your test comment, but some people are getting an error message when they try to comment. Other people comment but it doesn’t show up. Also, I think there may be a conflict with my domain name http://www.authorajadwen.com and my old one, http://www.authorajadwen.wordpress.com
I don’t know how to explain it, but when I bought the new domain and theme, it said there may be a conflict or something, but I didn’t understand what it meant. I just want to make sure my posts are showing up in reader, that people can comment, and that nobody has issues finding me.

Hi,
I don’t know how to explain it, but when I bought the new domain and theme, it said there may be a conflict or something
I am not seeing anything unusual about your domain that would be causing any commenting issues. It’s mapped correctly, so visitors should wind up at authorajadwen.com whether they type that in directly or go to authorajadwen.wordpress.com.
some people are getting an error message when they try to comment. Other people comment but it doesn’t show up.
Can you point to to a comment or two where your readers are describing this problem? How did you hear about it from them?
I just want to make sure my posts are showing up in reader
I am seeing your posts show up just fine in my Reader:
Let me know about the comments where people are describing the issues! Thanks!

Hi Adam! Friends have contacted me on Facebook and through email about it. One in particular said she didn’t get an error, but that her comment never showed up. I know it’s not one of those that I have to approve. I never got an alert on my end, either. Other friends (2 so far) have attempted to comment and received an error. And I’ve noticed that my volume of comments has drastically decreased.

Hi there,
Is it possible that your friends’ comments are being inadvertently sent to the spam folder? We have noticed a glitch recently where our spam filtering has been catching more real comments than it should (and your settings are not set up to notify you of this currently).
We are working to fix it, but in the meantime it’s probably best to monitor your spam folder closely. If your friends’ comments are indeed being erroneously marked as spam, please send them here:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/are-your-comments-being-marked-as-spam?replies=1
If it’s not a spam thing, the glitch is just that they literally cannot leave a comment at all, then that’s a different story.
Let me know! Thanks!

If the comments aren’t being marked as spam, I’m a little puzzled at this point. :(
Is it possible to have your friends take some screenshots of the error when they get it? This page has some helpful tips for taking screenshots:
Thanks!

Thank you for your help. It is a little puzzling! I had people send me comments and so far, they seem to be coming through. I think a lot of people don’t know where to comment now because of the theme. Is there any way to change the comment box so that it shows on the main page, without having to click on the title? Sorry that I’m being a pain!

This is different for every theme, some have the ability to set it and some do not. On your current theme, Profile, there doesn’t appear to be a way to do that.
