Why can't everyone comment on my site?

Numerous people have sent me emails to tell me they are either unable to comment on my site at all or they have to log in via their facebook accounts or some other way, but cannot log in through thier gravitar or wordpress account.
I sent the same email last friday to your support people and did not get a response at all. There are numerous quotes on this page about how fast your support people got back to everyone. I would really appreciate if you would get back to me very soon. Thank you.

I took a look and everything seems to be working properly. They should be able to comment without an account. Otherwise ask them to send us a screenshot through this e-mail address.

I believe you have received some emails today from my (attempted) commenters about their problems, including one that I personally forwarded to you that I received from one of them. Please review and let me know what the problem is and if you have resolved it as soon as possible. Thank you.
