Why can't I access my admin functions?

  I am trying to access my stats (or any page past the initial dashboard reach from my bookmark). I am getting a message saying the blog is private and the owner will need to give permission. I am the owner and am logged in as such. I cleared cache and cookies – no change. Thanks,
