Why can't I access my admin page even though I can check stats?

    I can check my stats but can’t access admin. I receive the message: Not Found

    The requested URL /wp-admin/ was not found on this server.

    I also can’t access my site directly even though I was able to yesterday.

    Any idea how to access the admin site? I am trying to make theme updates while I continue to test.
