Why can't I access my blog

  I can’t access my blog. It says I don’t have a blog. When I signed in, it said I don’t have a blog and to start one. My blog is heypaw.wordpress.com I want to post a new recipe but I can’t access it. What happened!!!!

  You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and who is the Admin of the blog to access it.
