Why can't I access my Blog?

  Help! I Cannot get my blog to load on Safari. An error keeps coming up stating the servers are busy. I checked on WordPress and it says all is A-OK. I reset safari to clear cookies and such and it still won’t load. Appreciate any help here.

  Could not access my blog all day yesterday. Today blog comes up but cannot access admn/dashboard. Cleared all cookies.
  Have not upgraded.
